Greater Metro Vancouver
Metro Vancouver area: Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, White Rock, Coquitlam, Delta, Langley, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, New Westminster, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody and Tsawwassen.
Zone 1:
- Burnaby, Surrey, White Rock, Coquitlam, Delta, Langley, Maple Ridge, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Pitt Meadows, Tsawwassen, and New Westminster
Zone 2:
- Vancouver, Richmond, North Vancouver, and West Vancouver.

Do you deliver to apartments?
Yes, we deliver to apartments and condos, as long as we have the right details to access your building.
Please make sure to provide your unit number, buzzer or entry code, and any special instructions when placing your order or updating your Manage Subscription settings.
How often do I receive deliveries?
By default, we deliver once a week, but your schedule is totally up to you.
If you need to skip a week, just log in to your Karavan account and click “Skip Delivery” under Manage Subscriptions.
Prefer to receive your box bi-weekly instead? No problem, just email us at info@karavanmeats.com, and we’ll get that set up for you.
We’re all about flexibility, so your box comes when it works best for you.
When will my box be delivered?
If you sign up before our weekly cutoff on Thursday at 11:59 PM (Pacific Time), your box will be delivered the following Tuesday to Thursday.
You can always check the delivery dates on our product page, or feel free to contact us if you’re unsure.
We’ll also send you email and SMS updates with your expected delivery day and time once your order is processed.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely! You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
To avoid being charged for the upcoming week’s box, just make sure to cancel or skip before Thursday at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
If something wasn’t right with your last box or you need help making changes, just reach out to us at info@karavanmeats.com. We’re here to make things right before you decide to cancel.
Products
Are your products delivered fresh or frozen?
Our beef products arrive wrapped in wax paper or cryo-vacuum sealed, ensuring the finest quality. Beef products are usually delivered frozen. Fresh options may be available.
Our Free-Run Chicken, Lamb, and Veal products are sourced from a local supplier and packed in poly bags. Products are delivered to you fresh.
How will I know what's coming in my box?
We update ourWeekly Butcher’s Selectionevery Friday by 12:00 PM on our website and social media. This selection shows what cuts and combinations are planned for the upcoming week’s deliveries (Tuesday–Thursday).
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, you can call or text (778) - 598-MEAT(6328) to place your order.
Can I place a bulk or wholesale order for events or businesses?
Yes, we also offer custom butchering services. You can send your inquiries to info@karavanmeats.com or give us a call/text at (778) - 598-MEAT(6328)
Are you releasing any new products and how can I find out?
Yes, we are always innovating in our kitchen and working with our suppliers to find the best proteins and recipes for you.
We work with our exclusive clients to beta-test our products before releasing new products.

Are your products Halal?
Yes, all our products are 100% Halal and we source our meats from local suppliers.
We are certified by a local certifying authorities HALAL INSPECTION AND CERTIFICATIONS (HIC- CANADA ) OF THE BCMA. You can find us on the certified vendors page under the retailers section:
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, our meat products are not eligible for return as we cannot restock them in our store.
However, if you notice any issues with your products within a few hours of receiving your order, please contact us and we will work with you to address the issue as soon as possible.
