How does the meat delivery process work?

Once we receive your order, we will start fulfilling your order. We will get in touch with you to schedule a delivery time.

Orders placed by Tuesdays 2:00pm will be delivered on the next available delivery date if we have them in stock. Our delivery dates are Wednesdays and Thursdays only.

The schedule may be subject to changes.

What cities do we deliver to?

Greater Metro Vancouver

Metro Vancouver area: Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, White Rock, Coquitlam, Delta, Langley, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, New Westminster, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody and Tsawwassen.

Zone 1:

  • Burnaby, Surrey, White Rock, Coquitlam, Delta, Langley, Maple Ridge, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Pitt Meadows, Tsawwassen, and New Westminster

Zone 2:

  • Vancouver, Richmond, North Vancouver, and West Vancouver.

Contact us if your city is not listed, and we'll figure something out.

Can I schedule a specific delivery date and time?

You can specify your availability in the delivery instructions section during the checkout and we will do our best to fulfill your order.

We prepare and fulfill orders on the following dates and times:

  • Wednesdays (6:00pm - 10:00pm) - Zone 1 and possibly Zone 2
  • Thursdays (6:00am - 10:00pm) - Zone 2 only

Orders must be placed by Tuesdays 2:00 pm to meet the cutoff time. Orders recieved after 2pm may be delivered or fulfilled on the next avaiable delivery date. Depends on product availability.

The delivery schedule may be subject to changes. Please note our delivery dates for custom butchery orders differ, we will confirm with you personally.

We will try to contact you before delivering your order to schedule a delivery time.

Can I provide delivery instructions for my apartment or townhome unit?

Absolutely! During checkout, there will be a field where you can leave specific instructions for our delivery team. Feel free to include details about your unit number, building name, buzzer info, or any other information to help us deliver to your doorstep easily.

How much does delivery cost?

Metro Vancouver Delivery Fees (Zone 1 & 2):

  • Less than $100, we charge a $15 flat fee.
  • Between $100 and $198.99, are charged a flat fee of $12.
  • FREE Delivery on orders of $199 or more in the Metro Vancouver area.
Delivery fees ($8) may apply for only bulk deals and wholesale orders over $250.

Products

Are your products delivered fresh or frozen?

Our beef products arrive wrapped in wax paper or cryo-vacuum sealed, ensuring the finest quality. Beef products are usually delivered frozen. Fresh options may be available.

Our Free-Run Chicken, Lamb, and Veal products are sourced from a local supplier and packed in poly bags. Products are delivered to you fresh.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, you can call or text (778) - 598-MEAT(6328) to place your order.

Can I place a bulk or wholesale order for events or businesses?

Are you releasing any new products and how can I find out?

Yes, we are always innovating in our kitchen and working with our suppliers to find the best proteins and recipes for you.

We work with our exclusive clients to beta-test our products before releasing new products.

Are your products Halal?

Yes, all our products are 100% Halal and we source our meats from local suppliers.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, our meat products are not eligible for return as we cannot restock them in our store.

However, if you notice any issues with your products within a few hours of receiving your order, please contact us and we will work with you to address the issue as soon as possible.
