Quarter Beef Hind

Our local BC Quarter Beef Hinds are perfect for families who want to stock up on a variety of steaks, roasts, stews, and ground beef cuts. You’ll enjoy high-quality, grassfed and grain-finished beef with no hormones, steroids, or GMOs.

Deposit Amount to Reserve: $150

Price: $8.50 per lb of Hanging Weight (175–210 lbs)

Total Amount: $1,487.50 – $1,785 (depending on hanging weight) – payment can be e-transferred before delivery.

Hanging Weight

Hanging weight is the weight of a Quarter Beef Hind after the head, feet, and organs have been removed.

We offer free delivery within the Greater Metro Vancouver Area and select cities in the Fraser Valley Area. We can deliver anywhere in BC—please contact us to confirm delivery availability.

Our Beef

All our beef is grassfed & grain-finished. We never use hormones, steroids, or GMOs. We carefully select young cows with excellent marbling, equivalent to AA/AAA grading. The beef is dry-aged for an average of 21 days to enhance flavor and tenderness.

Ground & Stew: Lean Ground Beef, Stew Meat

How Much Yield You’ll Get

The yield depends on weight loss during aging and cut/wrap preferences. Typically, you’ll receive 55–60% of the hanging weight as usable cuts. For a Quarter Beef Hind weighing 175–210 lbs, you’ll receive 95–120 lbs of meat, which will last in your freezer for a year or more.

How Is It Packed

After placing your order, expect a call from our team within 48 hours to discuss your cutting & wrapping options. All cuts are wrapped in butcher wax paper to preserve quality, while beef grinds are packaged in transparent poly bags.
Cryovac option available for an additional $1 per bag.

Delivery Timeline

Your order will be delivered 3–4 weeks after placing your order. Delivery will come in 3–5 boxes (40–50 lbs each).

You’ll need around 4–5 cubic feet of chest freezer space for a Quarter Beef Hind.

Policy

Quarter Beef Hind deposits are non-refundable, unless for some reason we are unable to fill your order. In the unlikely event that we cannot fill your order, your full deposit will be refunded.
