Total Amount: $2,400 - 2,890 (depends on the hanging weight) can be E-transferred before delivery.
The hanging weight is the weight of a side of beef after the head, feet, and organs have been removed.
Delivery Location: We offer free delivery to Greater Metro Vancouver Area and some cities in Fraser Valley Area. We can deliver to anywhere in BC, contact us to confirm delivery availability.
Our Beef:
All our beefs are Grassfed & Grain Finished. We never use hormones, steroids, or GMOs. We ensure to pick a young cow with the best marbling equivalent AA/AAA grading. We dry age the beef for an average 21-days to enhance the quality, more flavor and more tenderness.
What cuts to expect: (We'll cut to your requirements)
- Steaks: Prime Ribs/RibEye, NY Striploin Steaks, T-bone, Filet Mignon (Tenderloin), Sirloin Steak, Picanha Steaks, and Flank Steaks
- Savory Cuts & Roasts: Chuck/Sirloin tip/arm/rump roasts, brisket, short ribs, soup bones , stew meat & Stirfry.
- Premium Ground Beef
How much yield you'll get:
The yield varies depending on the weight loss during aging and the cut & wrap requirements. The takeaway yield is usually 55-60% of the hanging weight. Bone-in cuts will yield more than boneless cuts. If a side weighs 350lbs - 420lbs hanging weight yielding you between 195-230lbs of actual meat cuts delivered to your freezer. The amount of meat would last in a freezer for a year or more
How is it packed:
After placing your order, please expect a call from our team within 48 hours to discuss your cutting & wrapping options. Each Cut is wrapped in Butcher Wax Paper to preserve the quality. All cuts are packaged in traditional butcher paper. Beef grinds are packaged in transparent poly bags. (Cryovac option available for extra $1 per bag).
We will be delivering your order 3-4 weeks after you place your order. Delivery comes in 6-9 Boxes (40 - 50lbs each).
You would need around 8-10 cubic feet chest freezer space to for a side of beef.

Policy:
Bulk Beef Deposits are non-refundable, unless for some reason we are unable to fill your order. In the unlikely event that we cannot fill your order, your full deposit will be refunded. Your final total will be calculated once the animal is butchered and the actual hanging weight is determined.
