We offer local BC whole beef, perfect for families who want to stock up on a variety of steaks, roasts, stews, and ground beef cuts to last anywhere from 6 months to a whole year.

Deposit Amount to Reserve: $150

Price: $8/lb of Hanging Weight (700-840 lbs)

Total Amount: $5,600 - $6,720 (depending on hanging weight) – Payment can be made via e-transfer before delivery.

Hanging Weight:
Hanging weight refers to the weight of a whole side of beef after the head, feet, and internal organs have been removed, typically ranging from 700-840 lbs.

Delivery Location: We offer free delivery to the Greater Metro Vancouver Area and select cities in the Fraser Valley Area. Delivery is available to anywhere in BC—please contact us to confirm delivery availability.

Our Beef:
All our beef is grassfed and grain-finished, with no hormones, steroids, or GMOs. We carefully select young cows with excellent marbling, equivalent to AA/AAA grading. The beef is dry-aged for an average of 21 days to enhance flavor, tenderness, and quality.

What Cuts to Expect: (We’ll cut to your requirements)

  • Steaks: Prime Rib, Ribeye, NY Striploin, T-Bone, Filet Mignon (Tenderloin), Sirloin, Picanha, Flank
  • Savory Cuts & Roasts: Chuck, Sirloin Tip, Arm, Rump Roasts, Brisket, Short Ribs, Soup Bones, Cross Cut Shanks, Stew Meat, Stir Fry
  • Premium Ground Beef

How Much Yield You’ll Get:
The yield depends on weight loss during aging and cut/wrap preferences. Typically, you’ll receive 60-70% of the hanging weight as usable cuts. For a whole beef weighing 700-840 lbs, you’ll receive between 420-520 lbs of meat, enough to last for months.

How is it Packed:
After placing your order, expect a call from our team within 48 hours to discuss your cutting and wrapping options. Each cut is wrapped in butcher wax paper to preserve quality, while ground beef is packaged in poly bags.
Cryovac option available for an additional $1 per bag.

Delivery Timeline:
Your order will be delivered 3-4 weeks after placing your order. Delivery will come in 12-14 boxes (each weighing 40-50 lbs).

You will need approximately 16-20 cubic feet of chest freezer space for a whole beef.

Final Price:
Your final total will be calculated once the animal is butchered and the actual hanging weight is determined.

Policy:
Bulk Beef Deposits are non-refundable, unless we are unable to fill your order. In the unlikely event that we cannot fill your order, your full deposit will be refunded.
